Mikhail A. Bazhinov

Mikhail A.Bazhinov is the chief of “Bazhinov and Partners” Law Firm, vice president of the Federal Union of Lawyers of Russia. In 1991 he graduated from Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University. Has a PhD degree in political science; in 2004 defended a Phd thesis at the dissertation council of Lomonosov Moscow State University on the subject “Local government as a factor of civil society formation”.
